Prize Draw Rules

1. The prizes consist of one framed print from Fin McRae, photographer to be won each month.  No cash or other prize alternatives are available.

2. Promoter: Inver House Distillers Ltd, Airdrie, ML6 8PL.

3. This competition is only valid to residents in the UK. Entrants must be 18 years or older.

4. The Prize Draw excludes employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

5. Each draw will close at 23.59 on the last calendar day of each month, from March 2011 until May 2012 inclusive.

6. Entries must be submitted by subscribing to regular Balblair updates online at www.balblair.com/subscribe. Proof of submission of entry will not be proof of receipt.

7. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.

8. Only one entry allowed per person through-out the promotional period. Entrants are only eligible to enter the prize draw for the month in which they register details.

9. All winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by email within 14 days of the close of each draw. If the prize is unclaimed within 30 days of notification the prize with be redrawn.

10. All winners/winners names may be used for publicity.

11. For the names and countries of the prize winners send a SAE to Subscribers Competition, Inver House Distillers Ltd, Airdrie, ML6 8PL within 3 months of the final closing date.

12. No other correspondence will be entered into.

13. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed to be acceptance of the rules.
