ONLY THE PLEASURE
We create Balblair Single Malt Scotch Whisky in small batches. From the stills, we mature our new make-spirit in exceptional American oak ex-bourbon casks. As years pass, many are further matured in ex-sherry butts crafted from American or European oak.
Like the layers in Balblair’s character, these fine casks reveal more with every year they spend in our traditional dunnage warehouses.
12 Year Old
Warm orchard fruits dusted with baking spices; crème Anglais brightened with citrus zest.
15 Year Old
Velvety dark chocolate, ripe tropical fruits, soft vanilla warmth – with a refreshing citrus burst.
17 Year Old
Baking spices, thick honey, and rich layers of fruit. A farewell of lightly smoked oak. Exclusively available in duty free
18 Year Old
Juicy apricots, seasoned oak, crème Anglais. Balblair’s unmistakably fresh character, only deeper, richer.
21 Year Old
Orchard fruits, cinnamon and rich sherry depth. The work of two exceptional casks for over two decades.
25 Year Old
Mouth-coating ripe citrus, giving way to warm chocolate praline dusted with baking spices.
